Russell Eric Dobda it's a decent one, and he has his own methods (which i have not personally verified), but "The Phase" is a more straightforward book for technique... …moreit's a decent one, and he has his own methods (which i have not personally verified), but "The Phase" is a more straightforward book for technique... though Bruce delineates between different nuances within the Phase (for example, true astral travel verses a lucid dream), wheras the phase kind of lumps them together.(less)
