Fullness of life is the goal we all have. These are some ways that people, not all in Denmark, have found to contribute to theirs.
Disappointment can be overcome by living in the moment. Regret is useless. These two emotions occur by looking forward or backwards instead of being present. If this seems untrue to you now, perhaps it will come, in time. (less)
