Unanswered Questions (1)

Does anyone know why Book #7 in the series of 8, the Kindle version would have been removed from sale by Amazon? Out of the series this was one I really wanted to read in particular as it includes the original discovery of North America. Quite annoying as I now have an incomplete series with a glaring gap. Seems a bit odd as I could have bought the paperback.
