What are the specific LGBTQ+ identities in this book?

Mars R The main character is bi, and one of the friend characters is trans.

I really like the premise of the book & is considering getting it for my local library however we have a conservative community but I'd like to try & ease them into the LGBT+ representation in books without causing too much of a fuss with conservative parents. So my question is would this book a good step forward? Would it be too controversial or would you recommend something different to start off with?

Alright, someone recommended this book to me saying it was sapphic but I'm seeing kinda diverse comments and I'm still confused on whether the character ends up with a girl at the end or even if she ends up with anyone at all and instead something else happens and for whatever reason, her love interest isn't chosen. So, could someone please tell me whether or not she ends up with a girl at the end?
