Why is this not listed as book 10 in the Tales of Valdemar series? This anthology is a continuation of the Tales of Valdemar series of anthologies. As proof I offer that if you pick any one of the stories by an author who had stories in the the 8th or 9th book of Tales of Valdemar and read their story in Tempest, you will find it to be a continuation of that author's story line in that universe.
