Hi Alice, Haven't looked into 地產霸權 yet, but in a TV interview on your YouTube channel you said that government high land price policy was responsible for land developer monopolies of other financial sectors. I'll read your book to learn how this works in HK, but perhaps you might say if this situation was this already the case before the British left, or has it all come about since then?
