is this an LGBT novel? The description mentions "two women separated by time" who "find each other at last" and I see references to romance. But goodreads doesn't show any LGBT tags and I don't see mentions in the reviews.

Larkapples No, this is about a grandmother and daughter. The romance refers to the past life of the grandmother and the current relationship of the daughter.
