My hackles are all up in arms at the very premise of this book, but as a person who values exploring dissenting views/experiences from my own, I'd like to hear more. But I'd rather start with something briefer (and more digestible?) than a full-length book; does anyone know if the authors have published any Internet-accessible papers/articles on the topic?
