How did you choose Plymouth and Hanover Twp. and Wilkes-Barre for places in this novel? I was so surprised because I was born and raised in W-B and never before saw it in a book. I thought perhaps you were born there but there's no indication of that. Thanks for the great and charming novel. I enjoyed it thoroughly and it kept me up rather late until I finished it.

H…moreMy mother's family hailed from Nanticoke. I've been there several times and seen how beautiful it is. It's always been an inspirational place to me. Her stories about growing up there and tales of my coal mining ancestors were also entwined deeply into my inspirations, via her memories. I'm also the youngest of 11 children so I understand large families.
