I'm confused about the location of this story. I have camped, hiked, traveled just about everywhere in the US. Most of the story takes place near the Blythe River and Blythe River wilderness. That's in Arizona but when Ethan is shipped off to live with his dad near the Blythe River Wilderness which is in Arizona they talk about Casper Wyoming and Yellowstone which they say is 100 miles north of where they were. Help?
