THC says he never owned even a water pistol because "such toys were a mark of the enslaved 85." What does that mean? Eighty-five percent, maybe, if 15% of Black Americans are Muslim? (I wouldn't guess the percentage is that large but I have no idea.) Google isn't helpful.
