Or, at least I have. Each story stands on its own, but what you might miss out on are any references to his personal history of events from other books. Not a show-stopper for you, the reader, but having just finished Back Bay, the first of the Peter Fallon suite, I would venture to say that if it's not too late, read Back Bay first.
