He is such a well drawn character it doesn't make sense that his story is left unexplained. Since he's introduced in The Mandarin of Mayfair and it is the last in The League of Jewelled Men storyline, I have to assume that that's the end of what we'll ever know about him. It's too bad since it seems his story could really have been interesting. (less)
