Coincidences - Name question: I'm listening to the book on audio cd, so I don't get to see the names, etc. as they are spelled. Does anyone remember the "goodbye" names in the second "coincidences" scene? There was Soo Long and Major Farewell, and Alf Wiedersehen and Bonnie Voyage... and who else? I keep listening to the name... Violet Dies? Can someone help me out with this? Thanks.
