I initially read the last sentence of the intro as "before finishing outside my house on Christmas Eve". That would have been a nice homage. "Finishing outside HIS house on Christmas Eve" on the other hand... that's just creepy. It appears my entry needs to contain a question mark, so let's put it like this: Why is the author so creepy?
