Hi! Thanks to the new movie, I would like to return to the Universe of Dune and I am interested in the origin of the Navigators (or how Brian and Kevin imagined it). So my question is: are the 3 School of Dune novels separate stories that can be read as stand-alone novels, or are they connected like the prelude trilogy (so they are just pretending that the books are focusing on one house/school)?

Lisa Yarde They are connected. Each successive novel reveals the fates of several characters that start in Sisterhood.
