Heroes of Olympus was basically a year in five books. I don't think Apollo will be okay with being a mortal for a year let alone five of them and this series is called the Trials of Apollo, which poor Percy (and Nick and Will if he does!), Apollo is a bit much sometimes and a trial to deal with. I imagine the series title is going for a bit of irony too.(less)

So first the original Percy Jackson series, than heroes of olympus. I read trials of apolllo next but you can also read the kane chronicles before or after TOA. Next is magnus chase and then the sun and the star. I’m not sure where the sixth percy jackson book fits into the order but I assume it’s set after all of the books. The companion books can just be read whenever really depending on which series they directly relate to. Hope this helps! (less)
