This book is listed as being published on April 1st. However, everywhere I look, when trying to purchase it, says it will be released on July 1st. What am I missing...? It sounds like such a great book with excellent reviews!

Unanswered Questions (1)

I am only part way through this and enjoying it so far, however, am failing to understand why right from the start our narrator refers to her father by his full name all the time? It seems unnatural. Her "voice" also seems much older than her years - I gather she is in her early thirties perhaps, but I keep thinking of an older woman. I am past her setting off for Cornwall so we "know" some, but not all, if that helps
