Seems like most are wondering where to find this? Okay, then, I'm leaving this here: this is a special, EXTRA epilogue that was included in the Barnes and Noble special edition, which is no longer sold in stores. It is included, however, in Happily Ever After, and is titled "After the One".

They never made a second print, so while abundant, they can be a tad tricky to find. (less)
