I'm half way through the novel and I'm enjoying it. However, on page 2 the main character Kinsey, states that her "abode had been blown sky-high". I was hoping that it would be explained how her place was blown up, but so far it hasn't. And I don't expect it will be revealed later in the novel. Does anyone know if this event happened in the previous novel or do I need to be patient and keep reading?
