I think the first two books of this trilogy are some of SK's best work. I can't wait for the third one. I can't find when it is due out and Amazon doesn't even have it on their radar. When can we expect to hear more about publication date?

!!!!FINDERS KEEPERS SPOILERS ALERT!!!! Ok so at the end we get this whole scene with Hodges and Brady in the hospital. It's looking like the third book is going to be about a psychic Brady as our antagonist. Any thoughts, anyone else?

I have always been amazed by the pace of which King books keep on being published... Is it possible some of his books are in fact written by a sort of ghostwriters-team and then later 'approved' by King? This would also explain (for me) the very big difference in quality of his books... cause I thought this trilogy was very, very bad... compared to other recent work of him (classics to me) like 22/11/1963, Dr.Sleep...

Stephen King writes two thousand words a day, which means he could have written a first draft for this book in about two months. Plus, the writing style seems too consistent and singular for a ghost writer to be responsible for this. Stephen King has been writing since he was kid and genuinely loves the craft, so it doesn't seem like he would employ a ghost writer. Also, he has talked about the process of writing this series in a way that suggests he definitely wrote this himself. Probably he's just written a lot of books and so has a few below average ones.(less)
