I should have purchased this book when I had the chance, now I can't find it anywhere, except in a library. I would especially like the e-book, but would take a print copy. I have the Matzoh Ball one already. I have looked on eBay, Amazon, Kobo, and Abe's books - is there somewhere else I can look?
