It was to be called "Out" and would be produced by Hideo Nakata. It's not listed on his IMDB (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0620378/) and this article here (http://variety.com/2004/film/markets-...) is from 2004. I don't see anything after this, however - not in English or Japanese.(less)
