I want to read this as it sounds like a bit of a laugh, though with a partner currently awaiting a kidney transplant who has dialysis several times a week, I found "the down payment may require her to sell a left kidney, but it will be worth it. Isn’t that why you have two?" completely stupid. Or is it me being oversensitive?
