Where could I find this as an audiobook?

Hi, I would like to read this book. The only edition available in my library is 1989. I noticed it has 410 but the newest edition has 461 pages. Is there a difference in the books? Basically, wondering if I would miss anything (of the story) with the shorter version? Thanks so much.

I’m trying to get into Vienna Prelude, but they were describing a cow having a breach birth in real time within the first 19 pages of an over 400-page book. After the emotional cow labor and delivery, I want to take VP back to the library. Is something worthwhile coming or are we going to have to watch the entire herd in trauma? I tried to find VP in audio, but it’s just not out there, not even in cassette.
