I'm going to repeat a question somebody else asked a year ago, in case people start noticing this guidebook again: Is there an English translation? Yen Press seems to have stopped translating anything PandoraHearts-related after the actual series ended (they haven't translated this, the last art book, etc.). Fan translations are fine, so long as they're pretty reliable.

Is there an English translation of this guidebook anywhere? I know that Yen Press hasn't translated it and my guess is they don't plan to, but it can even be a (reliable) translation from a fan online.
