I noted the copyright date. Is this book still relevant today? Is its research too dated to be of use, or are the roots of the problems described still part of today's problems? If I get this book I have to actually pay for it, and I get most of my books free, so I'd like to know what you think before I use my meager book allowance on a used copy.
