I love all Martha Grimes books. I re-read them and Melrose Plant and Richard Jury, Cyril the cat and Miss Clingmore seem like old friends. My problem is finding a similar author with the humor and characters. I know Elizabeth George but I need the English humor!! Her books are sometimes listed as a cozy mystery but it isn't, really. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love advice. Too bad Martha Grimes clone herself?
