Is this book light on the romance? And if it's not, does the romance at least develop throughout the book instead of being yet another case of insta-love? This book sounds like something I'd like, but the romance has me down a bit because I've read so many books where there is a) WAY too much romance and too little story, b) a really crappy boyfriend, c) zero chemistry, and d) insta-love. Will I still enjoy it?

Romance is kind of a background theme in One True Thing compared to that of politics, family and media. Hope this helps xx(less)
