Can someone explain to me the ages of Meg and the Remy girls? Specifically, Seraphine. As I recall, on the night that Meg was conceived, Gabrielle and Remy had only just begun a physical relationship in book 2, The Courtesan. In chapter eleven of this book, Seraphine is said to be sixteen and Meg thirteen. How?
