In the 1st book Joe and Marybeth had 2 daughters and she was pregnant with their son. Then she was shot and the baby was killed in utero. Where did Sarah come from? In this book, Savage Run, they've got a third daughter, and she's not a baby baby. I listen to audiobooks, so what did I miss?

I grew up around that area but can't quite figure out where the place names are supposed to be. Where is Saddlestring and does it correspond to a real town? Is Savage Run a real place name or a fictional name for a real canyon?
