The w…moreIn my opinion, the books have the same tone of the TV show. You have cases that, if you follow the show, will remind you of cases from episodes. The whole arc about Nikki Heat is as good, if not better, than the arc about Beckett's past. I really enjoy these books, but I found 'Naked Heat' and 'Raging Heat' less interesting than the other books of the series (for me, the cases didn't seem as interesting; it's a matter of opinion, though).(less)
