Highly recommend it. Wave theory explained, Internet, wireless technology that once existed on earth and will be again.
Systems of vehicles propulsion explained Philosophy of Atlantis. The theory that there is one substance that has different frequencies some frequencies are in visible spectrum other frequencies are manifesting as magnetism other as electricity higher frequencies as heat or other frequencies as matter or even higher frequencies as pulsating spirit. Without this fine frequencies the entire universe will collapse. Pretty advanced knowledge I think. So I believe this book is not a fiction.
I am not even at the middle of the book. It was recommended by Valiant Thor in one of his books.
Cigar shapes flying devices, flying taxi machines submarines existed once on earth using technologies of levitation and physics that the school text books do not talk about. The book is in print for long time so the information could have been available to the large public.
Book was written between 1883-1886 and at a later date was published.(less)
