Does anyone know the initial publication date of this book? I'm seeing reviews that say it was published in 1999 and others that say 2002. Goodreads currently says first published in 2002, but the copyright date in the book says 1999 (though books can be have a copywriter before publication). Does anyone know exactly which is the correct date?
