Does anyone know why Ebert's essay for Day for Night is not included in this book? It was in the first 40 or so of the great movies essays he published, and as far as I can tell it's not included in the 2nd or 3rd book either (not sure about the 4th). I'm not sure if there's some sort of rights / licensing issues, or if it was just an oversight, but I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this.

Michael It was included in the fourth volume. Not sure why the delay.
