I'm in the US and it's very difficult to get my hands on this book. Even if it didn't make the shortlist for Man Booker it sounds really interesting. How can I accurately rate this book if it's not available in my country?

Amos Ninock You could try your local public library. I was able to check out a copy from my local system, Wake County NC.

I'm in the U.S. and obtaining this book is proving to be tricky and expensive. I'm surprised by this, given it was long-listed for the Man-Booker Prize. Its quite disappointing in the age of digital media. Anyone know if/when it will be released in the U.S.?
