I just got the pre order cancellation from Amazon too -- bummer, was looking forward to reading this on vacation! Anyone know what's going on? I hope this isn't another one of those Amazon/publisher disputes...and I certainly hope the author is okay...

This is not a question; how to enter a review? I just read the ARC and I liked it a lot. One of Ms. Muller's best. Favorite character in this novel: musician Artie Jones of El Cerrito. Scheduled to be published in July. If you want a signed copy, try ordering it through Abe Books. Rod

My pre-order from Barnes and Noble was also cancelled, and there are no details anywhere. A search for the book on Amazon and BN.com, show nothing?!? So it's not just Amazon. It looks like the book has been pulled from everywhere. It's not even on the authors site? I would really like to know what's going on.
