In short, no it will not.

This is because sir Tolkien fell in love with an studied Old and often dead languages. Meaning that he could read and write them, but not speak nor understand in speech as simply no one spoke it anymore.

And his languages are almost nowhere different.
That and the fact that they were never finished on paper or even really in his own mind, makes it that we can not learn his languages as one would learn German or Spanish.

That being said. The book is not really read as a down time book but more as a study-book. It contains words and grammar but also different rune writings (of which Anglo-Saxon runes I myself have mastered), family trees and elaborate histories.

Definitely a good study for a devoted Tolkien and/or language fan, but if you are looking to actually study it to master his languages I'll have to disappoint you here my friend.
