Jim if you are sending this book C.O.D.? Please stop. Books won on Goodreads should be free. I hope mine is an isolated incident. If authors are allowed to send works C.O.D. they should be in a separate section "Enter at own risk". Do not abuse Goodreaders time and pocketbooks when we all have huge queues of books to get thru and already spend a fortune on books we truly wish to read.
