Something I forgot to look up while reading this book: Towards the end, I think in the last scene where Losbang, Sally and Stan are together, they quote something. It's either a movie or book - each character quoting a line. It seemed familiar but I couldn't place it. Anyone know what they were quoting?

I'd heard that this series would carry on for five books, but I've seen many people suggesting that this is the last in the series. This combined with The Shepherd's Crown being promoted as Terry's last novel, does anybody know if plans were forced to change once it was clear that Terry wasn't going to survive to help write the fifth book?
