The description of this book reads an awful lot (by which I mean exactly) like the one for Kiss Don't Tell. It is the same book, a re-release, or something else entirely?

Kiss Don't Tell is a longer version of the story (close to twice the length of The Contract, which is no longer available). It includes new scenes and was released by a different publisher to coincide with the publication of the second book in the series, The Dating Game, which is a standalone story but has character crossovers.
