Second: I read the book and I'm also around the age of your daughter. Although I personally think that it's up to a person's matureness, there's a thing that COULD be inappropriated -homosexuality. He kind of talks about coming out and finding yourself, but apart from that, I don't think it should be a problem to let your daughter read the book. I hope it was helpful -Catharina(less)

If I would have read it at eleven I would have been mature about it, but there are some topics stated that, depending on the specific person, might not be appropriate. If she knows who the author is, she should be fine, but if she doesn't, I would hold off..(less)
