The series started out as paperback, but then once it gained popularity, …moreI don't think they ever made hardcovers of those two books, for some reason. The series started out as paperback, but then once it gained popularity, the publisher switched to hardcovers. The only reason we have a hardcover for the first book is because they did the special "signature" edition.(less)
