There are four women followed throughout the book as examples, and one of the couples is a lesbian partnered with another women.

The book isn't specific to any kind of relationship (or really any relationship at all), though. It's about understanding how your brain and body and life context work together in accelerating or blocking sexual pleasure. (less)
