I can hardly wait until this book comes out next week! I have read most of MJ Rose's works, and I can honestly say that her prose is gorgeous and that each of her books is better than the last! Is there a sequel in the works for this novel?

this is a silly discussion topic ... would somebody knowledgeable about these things, please take a quick look at my review and explain why it got 'flagged' as inappropriate?! If no edits have been made, my best guess is that the use of the "rhymes with corn" word (just writing it like this to avoid a flag in case that was the cause) automatically flagged it. Perhaps I'm being too protective, but if I had children, I wouldn't allow my teenager to read this (or any historical romance novel) until he or she was at least 17 or 18. The rest of the story would be fine for a 15-year-old (probably not for 13), but it's the adult scenes that I'd be most concerned about. With that being said, you'll have to weigh that against what your parents are OK with you reading and what you can handle.(less)

Unanswered Questions (1)

This was my first of her books. But it wont be the last! I don't think I will listen to them on audio again. I like to write down things from books and it was frustrating to be in the car and hear something and not be able to take a note. And of course I couldn't remember it by the time I stopped. So reading "old fashioned way". Not sure which one to pick up next! Any suggestions? Holly
