Death Wish should be available for preorder on Nook and iBooks now. I'm not sure when/if we'll be doing preorders with Amazon. There was a lot of discussion at the RT convention in Dallas about how Amazon counts their preorder sales differently than B&N and Apple, and how it can negatively affect release day numbers for best sellers lists. I'm still researching more on this. The official release date is October 6th, so it will be available on Amazon by then any way. : )(less)
