Why is the style so poor in comparison with his other books? At times it is embarrassingly clumsy. WHY??? In his other books it is consistently good! It seems to me that parts of this book were taken from a first draft and left unedited. In fairness to the author and to his labour of love, this book needs to be edited. I'd do it myself willingly and for free.
