Did anyone else feel the language in this to be outdated? I stopped reading it for a variety of reasons, but the language was a bit triggering. I wouldn't recommend this to people I know who have been victimized/abused. Certain passages seem to be blaming the victims or be anti-woman. I don't think Ann Rule was doing this on purpose, but it made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me...
