I cant remember a hawk or quinlan in the previous books, were they introduced or are they new, and if they are why are they in the driven series ??

Four bands were mentioned during the fund raiser part of the book. I recognize the Mighty Storm, Thoughtless and Black Falcon book series, but what book series is Bending Cupid? I have Googled it and don’t come up with a band by that name.
