However, she talks most of understanding several different scales that related to culture, and has an online tool pack to see where different many countries fall on each scale. So if you want to apply the book to Belgium, you could pay for access to the data for a day, write down where Belgium follows on each cultural scale, and then follow the insights for each scale in the book based on where Belgium falls.
